Initial Comments:
The facility (Bethesda Children's Home - 8 Bed) requested a location indicator change and alerted us to an increase in capacity via correspondence dated July 29, 2022. The location indicator change is from 8 Bed to Yeany PRTF. The prior capacity was 8 and was increased to 10. Both changes are effective February 21, 2022. (In addition the Division of Intermediate Care Facilities was recently advised that this program was moved to a new building; same address).
The above two changes were processed and with respect to those two changes the Bethesda Children's Home Yeany PRTF facility is in compliance with the Requirements of 42 CFR, Part 483 Subpart G Requirements for Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities.
